The School of Media Technology and Art, Kolej Yayasan Melaka will be organizing the Malaysian Animation Festival Events 2000

It's exciting way to mark the achievement of our students, college and staffs, to highlight our school's presence at the national and international stage, and to celebrate our connections with the local animation industry.

MAF 2000 seeks to show the great variety and quality of animated series and films. From traditional animation to computer animation, this festival gives the experimental works of college and university students, as well as animation works from the industry.

MAF 2000 holds various sections such as Malaysia Animation Award, Invitation Animated Film or Series Festival features screenings of Traditional Animation, Computer Animation, and Experimental Animation (including Claymation, Stop Motion, and other Experimental Genres), Animation Technologies Exhibition and Academic Seminar. There is a unique competition for applied animation and a competition for the creative students from all over the country.
